The January meeting of the Forsyth Astronomical Society
is this Tuesday night at 7:30 at SciWorks. The program topic
is Neutron Stars and will be presented by Bob Patsiga.
I would like to thank all the members who attended Saturday night’s
public observation at SciWorks. We had 105 visitors.
It was a good event. Highlights included Venus, Jupiter, the moon,
M42, M81-M82, an Iridium satellite pass, and of course Comet Lovejoy.
