The monthly meeting of the Forsyth Astronomical Society is this Tuesday night at 7:30 at SciWorks.
We will have another planning meeting for the September 27th New Telescope Buyer’s clinic, before the regular monthly meeting, starting at 6:00 pm at SciWorks.
The program will be by me and will be a discussion of the dark sky observing sites historically used by the FAS, most of which are along nearby sections of the Blue Ridge Parkway, and a discussion of preparedness for cold weather observing. This will be followed by a short business meeting.
