According to the folks at NASA, it’s official. Astronomers have now discovered over 6,000 exoplanets – planets orbiting stars other than the Sun. The race is still on to find an Earth 2.0 – a planet similar in size to the Earth, within the habitable zone, with an atmosphere, and with liquid water. We’re getting closer, but we’re not quite there yet.
