Saturday July the 20th Kaleideum will host an event at Kaleideum North from 6-10 PM. This event is to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Apollo Moon landing. There will be door prizes, planetarium shows, a viewing of the documentary “Apollo 11” as well as other activities. Local group Carolina Crossings will provide live music during the event. Food and drinks will be available for purchase as well.
Weather permitting the Forsyth Astronomical Society will have telescopes setup for event goers for the last hour of the event, 9-10pm.
