Well folks, we’re getting close to summer and it’s time for those of us at the Forsyth Astronomical Society to take a break. Summertime is somewhat problematic when it comes to observing the night sky. It gets dark too late and the summer humidity and bugs play havoc with our night-time observing. But, don’t worry, we’ll be back in the fall with a full slate of public observations. In the meantime, look for a couple summer solar observations and our monthly meetings, which continue throughout the summer months.
